My Name is Elder Tony Hindman
I was born in Hope, Arkansas. My Mother's name is Doris M. Greathouse and my father's
name is Howard W. Hindman Sr. My parents were not in Church. I grew up with 2 sisters and 1
brother. I Graduated from Saratoga High School in 1985, 3rd in my class. I occassionally attended
Holy Ghost Temple C.O.G.I.C. and Gravel Hill Baptist Church in Mc Nab, Arkansas. Upon
Graduation I attended the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and graduated with a degree in
Secondary Education specializing in Mathematics.
I was born again on September 26, 1988 when I received the gift of the Holy Ghost. I attended First
United Pentecostal Church for 5 years where I was baptized in Jesus Name by Pastor Ray S.
Hassell. After graduating from the U of A, I moved to Jacksonville, Arkansas and started teaching
mathematics at Oak Grove High School for approximately 10 years. I currently teach mathematics
at Jacksonville High. I attended The Apostolic Church for approximately 1 year before joining the
Arkansas Air National Guard. Upon returning from training, I learned of First Pentecostal Church
where Bishop Leodies Warren was pastoring. I attended FPC from 1996 through 2009. I served in
many capacities: usher, youth club president, young peoples president, trustee board, trustee
board secretary, executive board member, executive board secretary, photographer, newsletter
editor, minister, elder, and ever so briefly assistant pastor.
I was assistant pastor at Bethel Temple Apostolic Church in Brinkley, Arkansas with District Elder
Eddie Rodgers for approximately 2 years.
The Lord blessed us to found Strong Tower Apostolic Ministries, Inc. in May 2012. I married Sister
Felicia E. (Woods) Hindman on March 15, 1997. We have 5 Children and 3 grandchildren. May God
